Moving from ActiveCampaign, step by step

Remove contacts who unsubscribed before you import, so they stay unsubscribed.

Packs and moves

  • Contacts, tags and custom fields
  • Lead scores can be stored as a field

Rebuild on arrival

  • Automations as workflows
  • Campaign templates
  • Forms and landing pages
  • Deals on a pipeline

The route

  1. 1

    Start a free trial

The trial is free for 14 days and needs no card, so you can test the move before you commit.

  2. 2

    Export from ActiveCampaign

Export your contacts, including tags and custom fields, as a CSV file.

  3. 3

    Import into UpStack CRM

Upload the file, match the columns and add a tag that names where the batch came from. Spot-check a few contacts afterward.

  4. 4

    Rebuild what does not move

Start with the one page or automation that earns the most, test it, then do the next.

  5. 5

    Cancel the old tool

Keep ActiveCampaign for a month in case you need to look something up, then cancel.
