Terms of service
Last updated November 2026.
Using the service
By creating an account or using UpStack CRM you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
Your content
You own the data you put into UpStack CRM. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You promise you have the right to use the data, including permission to contact the people in your workspace.
Acceptable use
- Do not send spam or message people without the permission the law requires.
- Do not use the service to break the law, harm others or attack the service.
- Do not try to reach another customer's data.
Plans, trials and payment
Plans renew monthly until canceled. The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. You can change or cancel your plan from the Billing page. If a payment fails, we may limit access until it is fixed.
Third-party accounts
You connect your own email, text, payment and AI accounts. Those providers charge you directly and their terms apply. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to the messages you send.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, UpStack CRM is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
